I have lived here for the past 3 years. I moved in my freshmen year and stayed since. The leasing office has always been incredibly helpful. My maintenance orders get fixed within reasonable times, whenever I have had pest issues, it gets resolved quick, and the amenities have been excellent. The rent has stayed affordable and you really can’t beat the location! I am so happy that I found and stayed loyal to this hidden gem!

The staff is friendly, but they are always using the amenities clubhouse and will watch you when you work out.

A little overpriced, but the location is great. Do be prepared to encounter a lot of homeless people if you are walking to FSU, though.

Apt is very old, the internet is bad, but the appliances work fine. Room was not very clean when I moved in.

This is absolutely the WORST apartment complex that I have ever lived in. I am a super clean person and I have had to deal with a major Cock Roach and ant infestation. Multiple things in the apartment where already broken upon arrival. The apartment smells like mold probably due to how old the carpets are. They have stains all over and the carpet is not nailed down to the floor so it bunches up in places. Parking is horrible, the spots are so close together you can barley get in your car when... someone is parked next to you and guest have to pay to park. My car has been broken into multiple times. Door handle always breaks due to being electronic. Takes maintenance forever to fix a job and when they do try to attempt to fix a job they just half --- it lending it to break again. Villa Dylano is not a party apartment complex with luxury high end perks, but it is a perfectly fine place to live. The buildings are pretty old so utilities can get quote high due to drafyness. If you are diligent the electricity bills shouldn't be too bad but it might be a good idea to look up the utility rates of apartments in the complex with the same number of bed rooms as you're getting. The service is pretty decent and as long as you call or go into the office someone should help you... right away. Internet is provided but it goes out sometimes so have a backup plan. Read More

This is my first year living at Villa Dylano and I love it! The staff is very friendly and the maintenance guys always take care of my requests in a timely manner. Living this close to campus has been great and game days are amazing! I renewed my lease and recommend this place to everyone I know!
