The Rowe is a great spot location wise and has its pros and cons just like any other spot. Would recommend to younger students who are new to the Tallahassee scene.

I have had the best time living at The Rowe. It has various ups and downs, but way many more ups then downs. First thing to note is the cleanliness. Most of the time it is kept clean; however, it tends to get pretty bad on weekends. Sound is okay as you can pick location of your room. Maintenance is great and so is management. Great prices for what your getting compared to others in town.

Not great good location. They will fine you for any little thing they can, you can’t leave doors unlocked, the noise is unbearable because walls are so thin, everything is missing or broken in terms of amenities.

Great location and slowly on the rise. They’re slowly working to make the place livable for college students. The only thing that sucks is the lack of elevator

Great experience overall! Great staff and clean apartment complex. A couple of issues with noise level and broken elevators. Would recommend, resigned.
