Move in

I moved in today and the staff were extremely helpful. They were nice and walked me through the entire move in process. The maintenance team came over right away to help me with my breaker. My children are very happy to have the space. I am referring everyone I know thank you to Sam, Otis, and the Manager I can’t spell her name Ms. C

Great place to live.

I’ve had a great experience with The Park at Bristol. The apartments are nice, well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and efficiently. I also want to give a special shoutout to Chevyon, the property manager. She has been extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire application process. She made sure I understood each step and was always willing to answer any questions I had. Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience and... would definitely recommend The Park at Bristol to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Maintence is bad and property manager is lazy

This is, by far, the worst apartment community I have ever lived in. The communication from management is excessive, with emails being sent almost every week regarding the same issues. The security staff frequently harass tenants over parking decals, while maintenance has consistently failed to properly address repair requests.

I have submitted multiple maintenance requests regarding the same issue, sometimes repeatedly, and the problem still has not been properly resolved. Despite paying rent... and additional fees, it feels as though tenants are constantly being fined for one thing or another.

The office is also frequently closed during posted business hours, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. When the property manager is available, her attitude often comes across as rude and unwelcoming, leaving residents feeling as though they are inconveniencing her by asking her to address legitimate concerns.

Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Very Satisfied

I love my new place it's comfy and cozy! They keep the property clean and have security on the grounds always! The maintenance man Otis is A-1, Top Tier he shows up quickly and gets the job done! When Otis comes I know if I have any issues he gets it fixed the first time around and he is very professional!! I give 10 outta 10 highly recommend!
