Moved here a month ago and has been so smooth! Amazing staff, amazing place, and loooove my spacious apartment. Recommend to anyone looking for a nice family friendly community!

So far it has been good and we’ve had some issues. There are a lot of things that should have been done before we moved in that weren’t but we are still excited about being here and we do love the unit.

The front office constantly lies about resolving issues—they make promises, schedule repairs, and then ghost you completely. Maintenance claims they’ll return to fix things and never show up. You’re forced to chase them down repeatedly, and even then, you’re ignored or fed more false assurances.

Most concerning is the ongoing leak in my unit, which has now spread to the electrical panel. This is a major safety hazard, and yet there has been zero urgency from the apartment staff. I’ve reported... it multiple times, and still no real action has been taken. The situation is dangerous, unlivable, and completely unacceptable.

If you’re considering moving here—don’t. They do not care about tenant safety or basic maintenance responsibilities. Rent somewhere else where your health and safety will actually be taken seriously.

Our experience has been amazing! The great management and helpful staff have been helpful every step of the way. Our beautiful apartment and the convenient location is everything we were looking for in Tallahassee.
