The short manager is the root of the problems in this apartment complex. She acts like she owns the place, treats tenants poorly, and talks down to her staff with no respect. There’s no harmony among the workers—just tension, frustration, and chaos. You can feel the negativity the moment you walk in. It’s clear she creates a toxic environment, both for employees and residents. Her lack of professionalism and basic human decency is unacceptable. Someone in that position should lead with integrity... , not arrogance. Honestly, she needs to be removed before things get worse. This place deserves better leadership.
