The property is a good place to live if you just need somewhere to stay when coming into town. One of the employees that work in the office, Ms. Butler, is an extremely understanding individual who will help you as much as she can within reason as she did for me.
A few downsides include: -There only being 1 dumpster location. -Internet has been extremely bad since I've arrived. Though they are trying to fix it, the process is taking too long.

We wish that we could have another location for the dumpsters, however we have... to follow city ordinance. Medicore management and apartments
I would not recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy. The construction inside the units is shoddy, the grounds are unclean (dog waste, exposed trash outside dumpsters, constant glass near dumpsters, retail shopping carts on grounds, etc) and management is ineffective. I guess if you just need a place outside from the elements, it’s “okay".

Our community has pet waste stations available for our residents at each end of the complex, the trash is maintained and picked up by the city of Tallahassee per their collections days and we have a groundskeeper and landscaping services that help to... keep our property looking great. As for the interior of our homes, we invite anyone to stop by and see for yourselves, while you are here- we would be happy for you to speak with one of our residents who can share their living experience with you.
