My air conditioner broke in July and they didn’t fix it for three weeks or even cut my rent a cent after I asked. My husband and I had to live in a 95° apartment and all they gave us was a fan. Also if you try to make a repair or ask any questions in general no one will answer you. Many times, they cut off my buildings water for hours at a time with no warning to any of the residents. So if you want to live in a constantly broken apartment and get treated worse than livestock by the staff then... go ahead and rent away. P.s. the pool is never clean

Great location very bad maintenance
The location is great but since we move here last year the maintenance has been terrible. Also the new management team seems lost everytime time and would not give a straight answer usually they do not know.

Great Apartment Complex!!!
I moved to Plantations at Pine Lake last year and it has been a great experience. The location is perfect and the complex is so quiet and pretty. The employees are all friendly and helpful.

Manager (Tracy) is very rude. Leasing agent (Whitney) is friendly. Pretty apartments, good location. Maintenance can be very slow (sometimes 2 weeks to fix things.) Very expensive.

Great, Affordable Complex
I recently bought a house and moved out of Plantations at Pine Lake after living there for 7 years! It was a great experience and I would encourage anyone i know to live there. It is well cared for and the staff really care about the complex and the tenants. I am going to miss all of my neighbors and the great people that work there.
