This complex has gone way down!! There is a lot to talk about, but I will just talk about the VEHICLE TOWING here. This is now the 2nd time that they have towed my car from in FRONT OF MY DRIVEWAY, that I pay for. I just purchased a brand vehicle, and by the time I made it back to the office to change the plates, they were closed. I purposely took my resident sticker from my old car and put it on my dashboard so they would see that I had the pass. If they would have scanned it, it would have... shown that it was MY DRIVEWAY. I went to the office today to speak with management and was told there is nothing they could do. Even after I explained that they were closed and I was not able to switch tags in the system. This has been on ongoing issue with this complex with a bunch of people having their cars towed. The tow company sneaks in the back gate in the early morning hours and takes multiple cars. They do this to make money, right along with the owners of this property!!!! I would NOT consider moving to this property as they do not care for the renters, only if they fill their occupancy quota!

Paradise Home
I lived there for nearly 1 year. The staff were excellent, very helpful and responsive. They kept the grounds pristine. I felt like I was living at a resort. I went to hotels and they didn't come close to how beautiful this place was. From the lake and pool views from my windows. There's an adjoining park with a private entrance as well. I also liked the level of security with the gates and still a security guard roving. Thank you Vista Verde!

Great Place to Live
Have been living here for 10 months so far and is a great place to live. If anything breaks they come the same day or next to fix the problem, like when our AC went out and the provided a portable ac to cool our place until the next day. I would tell everyone about this place.
