The pool has been closed for 3 years now, if not more. The fact that the pool is listed as an amenity is diabolical to me, why list it if it’s not available. Speaking about amenities, the “tennis court” is also not one of them even though it’s stated as one. That place hasn’t been open for 2-3 years now. Same as the pool. The amenities list should reflect exactly what’s available instead of a lie. Kids there have been super loud in the afternoon, I don’t know when this started or why but it’s... been a thing now. For people who work from home, it is a major disturbance. Maintenance are loud in the morning. They can come in and repair something in the apartment just to paint over it with paint that doesn’t even match the actual wall, don’t even get me started on random alarms going off, water being shut down for hours at times. Doesn’t make sense why management isn’t striving for more when we pay this much to live here. The stair way sometimes smells like urine, people there are just plain nasty (that part has nothing to do with management since they actually tried to correct that by sending emails out to the residents). I really just want to be able to use the pool or invite someone to the pool if I want.

Amenities/Loud maintenance
The pool has been closed for 2 years now, there hasn’t been any notifications on when the pool will open so the community can occupy it. Laundry sections are always dirty, & people don’t know when to take their clothes out of the washer/dryer, they always leave their clothes there more than an hour. Maintenance is always loud in the morning you can hear them yelling and laughing abruptly at 8 o clock in the morning. This complex lacks consideration and empathy.

playground is hazardous!
I’ve been here for five months I love inside my apartment but they did a sloppy job at renovating !anyways I’m scared to use elevators and stair case because it smells horrible with cigarettes and urine Feel like I’m suffocating in there the elevator is always dirty! People that lives here are nasty! I can see that the maintenance try to maintain the property clean but the people here mess it up once it’s been clean . I think the owners can do a better job with the building especially the... children playground I reported the playground numerous of times and they did nothing about it! The playground has been there for years! And it’s starting to break down and Russ iron metal sticking out sharp rusty metals flaking when your child slides it’s dangerous so I stop bringing my baby there! I don’t think it will cost anything to just get a new playground!

Shows potential but not quite ready
I have been living here for 6 months now and right off the bat, there were some annoying quirks. For one, they make you pay your deposit with money orders which results in you needing to buy like 6 money orders. Entering into the elevator you are greeted with a dirty and grimy elevator but the stairs are equally grimy and gross. Many times there is a urine smell that I can't quite figure out.
The apartment I got was recently renovated so it was surprisingly nice for an apartment but the... experience of living here is just not that enjoyable. Fire alarms going off, roaches and at least twice a month they shut down the water for a good 8 hours making it horrible for people who are home to spend time in their apartment. I can't stress enough how annoying it is to pay a water bill every month yet almost twice a month, have an 8 hour span where you can't flush the toilet or get water.
Another thing that is very frustrating is the fact that you can have your rent on autopay but not the water, which really just makes setting up autopay for the rent seem pointless. They say its cuz the water varies month to month but that's the same basic way all utilities work and yet I've never had one where I couldn't have it on auto pay. All in all it's been acceptable and for the money I guess you can't expect any better. One thing I do like is they they allow larger dogs, that's a hard thing to find in apartments.
Boardwalk shows potential, it may be great one day but for now it's just not a great complex and I look forward to moving.

Nightmare, I would give a -5 star if I could
I would give a -5 star if I could, the people writing good reviews are paid or just plain lying for another reason. This place is not what it advertises, go in person and will see for yourself, extremely rundown, they pee/poop in the elevators. Nightmare, stairs are unsafe I almost fell and reported this and said they can do nothing about this including people or their pets peeing in the elevators which are down, you pay for water which is turned off every two weeks for hours. Roaches, rats,... mold, bad smells-drugs, Papa Johns refuses to deliver pizza there and some other companies as well
