Beautiful apartments and well maintained campus, conveniently located to many stores, restaurants, medical services, and the lovely beaches. Local theater, volunteering opportunities, cultural interests, and a vibrant nightlife too. An affordable place to call home!

There was a mouse that I don’t know how it got into my apartment and I requested like 3 times for them to come take it out they came never did nothing I had to wait almost 1 week and half till I decide to do the job myself because they never care about it they where asking pictures of the mouse like wtf how am I going to take a picture of it. Everytime I ask them for a service they told mo to wait till next week because they only come on Mondays.
So I had to do it myself and I did it

It was alright at the beginning but lately everything got worst. First the pool area is destroyed, second all the amenities look like no one took care of it. Water pressure was always a problem, but nowadays is unlivable like that.

I recommend Harbor Grove as it is a quiet place with nice apartments. The office staff is helpful and courteous. Ant repairs are taken care of very quickly. Thank you!
