Trevor Forbes was born and raised in Tequesta FL, to a real estate/builder family going back to grandfather who was involved in the development of condominiums and homes in palm beach county. As a young boy, I started going to job sites, being exposed to new construction, along with helping show properties for sale. This led to my and passion for real estate.<br>After attending Jupiter high school, I went to study business management at Florida Atlantic University. In 2005 I began my career as a full time realtor with illustrated properties and quickly became a member of their luxury collection team. In over ten years with the company, I was able to experience first hand many changes in the real estate market. I was able to spot emerging trends in the market and put my clients in the best position to take full advantage of them. This led to me winning many top producer awards but more importantly -lifelong customers and friends.<br>In 2016, I joined Sutter & Nugent,Inc to better serve my customers by having the latest technology and provide the highest level of service in the industry. I truly believe that you’re not just selling a home, your selling the south florida lifestyle.<br>Growing up in northern Palm Beach county, I became an avid free diver, fisherman, scuba diver, boater and of course golfer. With an intimate knowledge of the local waterway, clubs and communities, gives me the opportunity to best match homes to buyers. I want everyone to love and enjoy Palm Beach County as I do.
