King Oak Villas community includes two pools and a clubhouse. Great location close to shopping centers and Turnpike. Pets allowed with non refundable pet fee however some breed, age, size restrictions apply. First month’s rent and security deposit (minimum equivalent to first month’s rent) required. $75 application fee for each person 18 years of age or older.
