Good rent. Places are old and not repaired often enough. Management is very rude and nasty to the residents, all seniors with disabilities on fixed incomes. I personally have had many issues with the current management and matenance staff. The current office manager Paul should be fired. My apartment flooded a few weeks ago due to a faulty sprinkler. Thousands of dollars in damages. Hatton House tried to make me pay for it. Don't move here. I'm on my way out! You have been warned.

Great Rent
I noticed this apartment while under a lease in another community. It's spacious and is walking distance to the stores in town. This one is very spacious. Looks good. Glad to see new reviews from happy tenants.
