This community has something to hide. They are directly across the street from a power substation which emits radiation. The leasing agent said it was of no concern at all and not to be worried. When I gave her the facts on radiation in relation to distance from substations, she was shocked and obviously had no idea what she was talking about. I bought a handheld meter on Amazon for $40, is the size of a cell phone and simply detects radiation from any distance you are in. Battery operated. She... refused to let me on the property with this EMF reader and said I have to be a vendor to have any 'equipment' on property. I was going to lease a brand new two bedroom unit based on MORE promises of hers, such as a dog park and gym being completed soon, although they were absolutely no pictures or literature or anything showing that this will actually happen.
