My neighbors are great. And when you need help..going to the office you receive their total attention to resolve the situation. That is a big deal. Means alot.

Office people are very understanding and handles all problems. Best office personal we’ve had since I lived here.

They do not Treat major issues the same as minor issues and actually fix them correctly or check back in on tenant to see if the issue is resolved. Amenities are taking away from the community as if it's our job to make all other tenants use them properly. They barely answer phones and emails and office. I've been here 2 to 3 years and have had different Management in the office every year.

After living in this community for 7 years (2 years at my current unit), this was by far the best maintenance communication I’ve received. I was promptly notified when my request was received and again when it was completed—along with clear details of the work done, all within just a few hours. When I got home, everything was spotless, as if no one had been there. I also want to thank the team for being considerate of pets—my cat, who is usually terrified after visits, greeted me at the door... like nothing had happened.
