Building staff are excellent and responsive. Rhonda was very helpful in assisting with my lease renewal and is always responsive to any requests or inquiries. Very pleasant to deal with. Maintenance staff, especially Andres, is quick to deal with any issues. Great location and a very social building, which the management office helps promote with various events, etc.

Beware
Just moved out after two years. Very frustrating place to be. Building is not managed well by corporate, lots of change and not tenant focused. They forget it’s our home. They play games with the rent as well, won’t negotiate in good faith and put units on the market after tenants leave for much less than they provide as a take it or leave it renewal. Lots of turnover and building not maintained. It’s a shame.
