I like it here, it has everything I need. Maintenance is responsive and I can walk to my favorite places.

Just moved out after two years. Very frustrating place to be. Building is not managed well by corporate, lots of change and not tenant focused. They forget it’s our home. They play games with the rent as well, won’t negotiate in good faith and put units on the market after tenants leave for much less than they provide as a take it or leave it renewal. Lots of turnover and building not maintained. It’s a shame.

Onsite management doesn't take care of issues. Additional charges on utilities bill without previous notice. I have been waiting for 13 months for mgmt to fixed kitchen drawers. Gym ceiling fans and lights are out.
Cleaning is awful, hallways and elevators are filthy. Onsite management doesn't reply to emails. Stay away from this bldg. BTW the mgmt only replies to good reviews the bad ones are ignored.
