Not worth the price! Front desk staff is awful when they are there. Never get the same answer twice. Gates were broken for most of 2022. Run to a different apartment these are not worth it!

Nice place to live but very expensive
Beautiful place to live! However, it's very difficult to reach the office staff. There always seems to be an issue with the pool pump/heater. They've recently raised the rent quite a bit so it's frustrating to pay so much when amenities are often not working.

It’s awful!!
The worst place I have ever lived! The pool is damaged at least once a week, the grill rarely works, the gate lasted months without being fixed, when you need some maintenance they never answer the calls, the current manager does not walk, she levitates, she never has time for the residents. These people believe that by giving away pizzas they will be able to continue selling the lie that they are luxury apartments. Be very careful when you make the decision to leave this place, they will do... the impossible to get money from you anywhere! It is not in vain that more and more residents leave them and the apartments last for months without being leased.
