Currently the property is under new ownership and management. Who is attentive to your needs. Check out this community. A lot of great things happening as for the negative responses the property is working to take care of any and all past issues with new management.

The rent is high for a two bedroom one bath.. it falling apart ,, the parking lot has pot holes,, there is no swimming pool ,, every time we asked some to come fix something, they forget.

Close to work and shopping. Good property manager, quick to respond. Old apartments in a nice part of town.

The apartments over all are decent. The people are quiet, the little neighborhood is friendly. It's with in 5 miles of every kind of hub you need to have a well rounded life. Although you do get what you pay for. Built in 1975 these apartments still have most of its original features, popcorn ceilings, wood panel trim, yellowed kitchen cabinets, matte grey indoor/outdoor carpet, and. White/ beige textured old wallpaper. The property has changed hands at least five times in the 3 years that I... have lived here. Hopefully the last owners are here to stay, because even though they are super cheap apartments the faculty make things easy, comfortable, and do everything in their Power meet your needs.
I am satisfied with this place but they could definitely use a face lift. A great place to consider if you want to live in Sarasota without the Sarasota prices.
