I love having my child and animals here. Everything is so walkable and the building also has a dog run making it easy to take my pets out. The cafe next door is also a great amenity for us. My neighbors are all super friendly and so is the staff.

it’s been 3 years
I’ve just renewed by lease 3rd time. I really love my apartment and convenience to everything. I don’t see myself living anywhere else if apartment downtown Sarasota. Very convenient to have garage to pull in and everything is so close. All restaurants and events downtown.

The downtown view from my balcony is amazing! Having access to everything needed in walking distance makes this the perfect spot for enjoying the sun all the time.

Great place to live and best prices for downtown. Walking distance to everything yet tucked away and quiet. Modern apartment and great city views. Definitely recommend living here! We have been here for 4 years.
