Horrible property management. I have had a leaking ceiling from electrical fixtures for months, that management refuses to do anything about. Do not move here, management has no issue leaving you in unsafe living conditions.

I am new to Florida and this was my first apartment complex and I wouldn't recommend Heron's Run Apts. I rented a small one bedroom 600 square feet with no kitchen storage no Closet Storage no cabinets nowhere to put anything!. When I did the initial walk-through with the rental agent I pointed out many issues that were a concern. NOT CLEANED, dead bugs in stove, sticky food in cabinets old carpet. Just a horrible experience!

The apartments started off fine, 2 years ago, but as time went on there has been more and more issues. The price has gone up and the quality down. The maintenance team is HORRIBLE, my main concern really. They easily take over a week to complete anything and often mark requests as completed without even coming to look at what it is. They’ve done that several times. The wasps are so bad during the summer and countless maintenance requests did nothing. I finally emailed the company because I’m... allergic and there were probably at least 20 near the front stairs near the parking lot. My AC went out and it took 5 days in the middle of August to get it replaced. Even with the window unit it was still 83 inside right next to the unit. Also, I’ve had a termite concern (I’ve seen solid signs of them) for several weeks and it’s been impossible to get an answer on what is going to be done. I’ve asked the office several times for an update and been told they would get back to me, with no follow through.
