We love it here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The amenities are wonderful. We’ve only ran into tiny problems but maintenance was able to help very quickly. I love how it’s off Hwy 98 but sits further back so you don’t hear the cars.

5 months in and no complaints. The property is set just off the main road but this depth allows it to be extremely quiet at night which is a big bonus in my opinion. All of the amenities are maintained well as are the common areas and other than basic maintenance issues my apartment has been wonderful.

I live at Jewel Santa Rosa and I absolutely love it! The community is peaceful, beautiful, and very well maintained. It’s close to the beach and everything I need.
