Coffee machine is usually broken. Lucky if u get a cup once or twice a month.
Beer tap is usually locked up or empty. Only open if there’s an event. You pay but still need your own drink or coffee
Hall carpet dirty. Stains-trashy. Parking bad unless you like walking a mile. New assigned parking, few available, not near apartment. Parking is worse now. They give you a section to park in, so you’re in a different... “assigned spot “ all the time.

Elevators convenient but break often. Gate to parking lot broken frequently, so anyone can get through. Have to use phone app. You can also use a passcode

Trash cans on property usually overflowing. Dog waist in there and smells horrible. Neighbors leave patio doors open and dogs will bark for hours on end.
Rent expensive. added about 180 a month in fees.

Living here is a waste of elevator is always broken. they shut things down early like coffee machines etc. they’re nice when trying to get you to rent but after you’re nothing.

Amazing everything is really good clean lovely place to live very safe community everyone here is so nice. Nice to walk around and lay by the pool

Love living here!! Staff are amazing. The community event are the best. So many activities to do. You really get to know your neighbors. Cute area to live in if your new to Florida.
