The property is pristine and well maintained. The office staff including management are always on point addressing needs and wants of the residents. The location is ideal and convenient to shopping in the area. Most importantly though to myself is the aesthetics of the community. It's actually peaceful and rewarding to come home after a long day of work and relax on the balcony or even just sit out by the pool.

Novel is great! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The amenities are top notch. Parking is a little difficult, but something they are working on.
