My moving in has been great so far, a few glitches here and there but overall a great complex to be a part of. I’ve only been here a week and we’ve had events and food, very exciting. Looking forward to getting everything situated and then I’ll hopefully come back with a 5 ?

Response time of management staff is not good at all. We did not have wifi, AC, and access to key parts of our building for weeks on end. Seems like staff is reactive to problems instead of proactive in upkeeping the community. Amenities are great and residents are very nice. Management is just not responsive to problems unless you physically walk down to talk with them.

Living at NOVEL Sanford has been a great experience so far! The community is beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained. The amenities are top-notch — I especially love the resort-style pool, gym, and cozy clubhouse. The staff is friendly and responsive, and any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly. Have everything I need conveniently located all around me. Great people, and activities to do weekly. Staff is amazing and so very helpful. Can’t forget about all the little things that are available as well, games, coffee, bikes, carts, boards and many other things.

Living at this apartment complex has been a mixed experience. While the rent is on the higher side, I often feel like I’m not getting the full value. The coffee machine in the lobby is frequently out of order, and the access control system has been offline for weeks. Internet outages after thunderstorms have also been inconvenient. On a positive note, the management and maintenance teams are friendly, responsive, and committed to their roles. Parking has also been a consistent challenge. I work night shifts, and by the time I return in the morning, there are rarely any open spots. With no reserved parking available, it becomes a daily frustration. I recently parked in an unmarked area and received a tow warning, which felt discouraging given the circumstances.
