So far, so good! We’ve completed our first year at Afton Palms and decided to stay for a second.
The maintenance team is THE BEST: friendly, kind and quick to respond to requests, and they do a great job keeping the property in excellent condition. We also enjoy the community activities—they’re a fun way to meet neighbors and even win prizes. (We had a christmas party, bingo nights, crafts day?
If you’re new, you may get special discounts… unfortunately, we didn’t receive a renewal discount... this time :( but honestly, moving is a whole process. When you’re in a safe, pleasant place, it just makes sense to stay.

I regret my move here
I moved into a brand new apartment, that was infested with roaches and ants… Management is a joke, it’s a holding company looking to fill it up before selling it to a large company. The level of noise at this community is unheard of, I am just filled with regret and hate the unprofessional staff
