Excellent Community - Home
After graduating, I moved from New York to begin teaching at a high school in Florida. Ana R., the property manager, went above and beyond to support me—not only by helping me find an affordable place to live, but also by accommodating the timeline I needed to move in. Nearly a year later, I can confidently say that I have been extremely happy living in the Colina Ranch Hill community. In addition, leasing staff member Sara H. has been consistently welcoming and supportive, & is always there... whenever you need her assistance, whether it be an emergency or an everyday concern.
If you’re thinking about coming to live here, or visit the community, you will see what I mean.

A Wonderful Place to Call Home
I’ve lived here for a few months now, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. From the very beginning, I worked with Ana, the Assistant Manager, and she made the entire process easy, welcoming, and professional. She’s been incredibly helpful and attentive, which really set the tone for my time here.
The property itself is great — clean, well-kept, and clearly cared for. Maintenance is prompt and efficient, and the community feels safe and peaceful. The amenities are always in... good condition, and the overall environment makes it a genuinely enjoyable place to come home to.
I truly love living here and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home.
