I rented an apartment here for more than three years. Over that time, I had some neighbors that were loud, some that weren't clean, and some that weren't pleasant. But all of my concerns were always addressed promptly and completely. A couple of times I got frustrated because I would be asked to take an item off of my patio, or move something away from my door. However, in retrospect, THAT is how they keep the place looking and feeling so orderly and clean. No exceptions for anyone! The... management here is more than fair, and do a great job keeping the prices reasonable while the accommodations are resort-like. I lived at the Veranda Flats for a full year and didn’t have one complaint. The leasing office and management was amazing, knew me by name and was very personable. I even ended up coming back after finishing out a lease elsewhere and would have signed with them again if my roommate didn’t already have somewhere else picked out. I highly recommend them!

I get paid middle of the month and have paid 100$ late fee but have been quoted way more than my rental plus late fee. I have proof and have been accosted to leave the premises three days past my late rent of the 4th of the month even though I’ve paid the 100$ late rental fee. 100$ late fee is to be late, not to be two days later to be evicted cause of being late.
