Gates break often locking you out but worst of all locking you in
Gates often break and you aren't able to get out of the complex there is no gate for pedestrian entrance or exit and the keypad does not have any lighting so when your guests come to visit you if they do find the keypad and find their flashlights on their phone the keypad buttons don't always work.

Bad for Business
The management does not write information correct on work orders and maintenance walks in apartments without knocking. Just walking into the wrong apartment due to management not giving correct information to their maintenance men.
