I love living at Evo!! You are a short walk or Uber ride from anywhere in St. Pete. I feel like I'm staying at a high rise resort. The amenities are amazing, and the staff all the way from the maintenance crew, service team, and up to the office staff are attentive, personable, and kind. They all go out of their way to ensure that their residents are taken care of and have the best experience while living at the property... Best coffee machine in St. Pete!!!

Evo St. Pete is a beautifully maintained high-rise in a prime downtown location. The views are stunning, the amenities are top-notch, and the apartments have a modern, upscale feel. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Maintenance is quick and reliable—issues are handled promptly and with care. A great place to call home in St. Pete.

Beware, security deposit has not been returned. I moved out of my apartment 3 months ago and have still not received my security deposit refund. Multiple Evo employees have told me it is due to me and they are legally required to refund the deposit. I have been told twice that a check had been mailed but the Post Office must have lost it, both times. The last story I received from management was that the check would be sent FedEx and they would email tracking number the next day. That was a week... ago, still no check, no tracking number and no phone call from Evo. I’ve spent the last two months calling and emailing. Very rarely do they return messages. Still no resolution and no security deposit refund. Beware if you rent here, may or may not receive deposits back as promised and they are legally required to refund. BTW, the apartment was left in pristine condition, have photos, and I paid all required fees in full at the time of vacating property. Read More
