I have been living here since July 2016. I have had no issues whatsoever with the surrounding area or other tenants in the complex.
The grounds are always well maintained, days and nights are quiet and maintenance has been very responsive when called and thorough with their work. Anytime I have stopped into the office, the staff and management have always been receptive and welcoming.
I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to live in the St. Petersburg or surrounding areas.

Horribly disappointed! I moved into this apartment in May of 2016 so excited to have found a hidden gem. I cant believe how rapidly this place has declined in the 5 short months since moving in...personally experienced 2 counts of vandalism on our patio which has finally resulted in having one bike stolen and the second vandalized, constantly picking up garbage from in front of my patio and surrounding parking area, noise level from thumping car radios getting worse, pool security gate broken,... non-residents using the pool, people stopping their cars in the middle of the parking lots to just congregate and talk blocking traffic flow, this place is rapidly declining and is no longer worth the premium rent I pay each month... I would never recommend this property to anyone now even though I would have raved about it 5 months ago
