Management is awful hard to get ahold of and they are all about money. No way to contact or call for security after hours. Pool is closed regularly. If you move in buy a $14 pack of replacement blinds at your hardware store they will extort you $5 a replcement blind every two weeks when they do property walks

During my two year stay, the complex managers were constantly adding amenities and improving their values of function and form. If there was ever a problem, the professional and friendly maintenance crew was quick to address it with their user-friendly app based communication system. One thing I really loved was that the Villas was open to its' residents coordinating events to promote a warm community vibe. My neighbors were friendly and I even made lifelong friends. The management and staff... were not overly restrictive and allowed me to express my creativity to the fullest extent. They have active security guards on the premises and I genuinely felt safe living there at all times. This property is always got trash everywhere and they want to raise my rent $200 for renovations. No way. Also, neighbor across the way screen has been hanging off hinges for 4 months.

8-10-15 For past 2 week they have been putting out flyers to paint the parking lot. This parking lot has been painted at least 7 times and never actually paved. Of course is has been raining for the last 24 for days and this is the peak season for rain but I guess our management didn't get a degree in watching weather reports. I understand complexes need upgrades and beautification projects to make it appealing but for the record this manger does not know what she is doing. Or maybe she has no... common sense either she needs to be replace instead of the door knobs or peep holes.If a complex is doing a project arent they suppose to notify residents whether set project is on going or not? I wouldnt recommended this place because the maintenance staff does not know what they are doing, has no certifications, this place has mold, they never answer on call emergency, in the past I know for sure some of staff was caught for some illegal misuse of fund, ect, ect. The prices they want for these apartments match the market but the apartments dont meet the price. Sorry to be resident here time too go! Oh and web site made me select star before this post. Unit has been updated and grounds are well-maintained. The staff has been very helpful. Unfortunately, the apartments are not really conveniently located near anything and the crime rates are high.
