DO NOT LIVE HERE

Do yourself a favor and do not live here.

My experience living here was incredibly disappointing. The property frequently had overflowing trash, I encountered cockroaches, and there was often dog urine in the common areas. For the amount of rent they charge, the cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable.

The safety concerns were even more alarming. The exterior entry doors to the building often didn’t properly lock, making it easy for anyone to enter. The parking garage is extremely tight,...
and people speed through it regularly. There were frequent car accidents, which wasn’t surprising given how the garage is designed and how fast people drive.

The most unsettling experience was waking up to someone entering my apartment with a master key while I was asleep. Regardless of the reason, it was a frightening experience and made me feel completely unsafe in my own home.

On top of everything else, there were hidden fees and unexpected charges that quickly increased the cost of living here. When I raised concerns, I didn’t feel that management took them seriously or worked toward meaningful solutions.

Overall, this was one of the worst renting experiences I’ve had. Between the cleanliness issues, safety concerns, poor management, and additional fees, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease.

Worst Apartment Ever ( Many Cockroaches )

I lived here for almost three years, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst apartment experiences I've ever had. I almost never leave reviews, but my experience was bad enough that I felt obligated to warn others.

If you're considering moving here, please take the time to read the negative reviews from long-term residents. They closely reflect my experience.

The problems started with the condition of the property. The trash situation was constantly overflowing, difficult to access, and...
often left sitting for long periods despite residents paying for valet trash and other mandatory fees every month. By the time all of the required fees were added, I was paying nearly $300 extra each month, yet the property was anything but clean.

The building also had ongoing cleanliness and maintenance issues. During my time here, I dealt with cockroaches, saw termites on balconies, and regularly encountered dog urine in the elevators and hallways. Instead of deep cleaning the carpets, they often seemed to be sprayed with chemicals that only masked the smell temporarily. The odor throughout the building became unbearable.

Safety was my biggest concern. A maintenance employee entered my apartment with a master key while I was asleep. When I reported the incident to management, I was told that my safety was "not their concern." After that, I no longer felt safe in my own home and even bought a security bar for my front door because I was afraid it could happen again.

The building's exterior entry doors were also frequently unlocked or did not latch properly, making it easy for anyone to walk into the apartment building. That only added to my concerns about security.

The parking garage was another constant frustration. It's incredibly tight, and it wasn't uncommon to see vehicles with damage. My own car was hit while parked there.

When I moved in, my apartment had clearly not been properly cleaned or prepared. It was disappointing to start my lease that way, and unfortunately, the experience never really improved.

The property looks nice online, but my day-to-day experience was completely different. While the advertised rent may seem competitive, the additional monthly fees and ongoing issues simply weren't worth it.

I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't leave without sharing my experience in the hope that it helps someone else make an informed decision. I would not recommend living here.

Declining

The building is falling apart and is subpar in luxury. Management is poor and lacks good communication with residents. Several doors facing the streets have been broken for months, allowing access to anyone from the outside.

Great location!

I stopped by last week without a appointment and Michelle immediately welcomed me and was able to take me on a tour. She was very kind and informative on the property, and she also gave me all the needed information regarding the units of interest to me. Very friendly and welcoming environment, and Michelle definitely made me even more interested in moving forward with renting here!

Good Building, Bad Staff & Maintenance

Building is nice, but there are some issues. Elevators are regularly down, security doors are broken, garage door is broken and open almost weekly, lacks ev charging, pool semi regularly turns green, cabinets and flooring are installed poorly, and no guest overnight parking.

These issues make the building annoying to live in, but the management is the main issue. When the elevators break down they didn't notify everyone until several days later. I've been double charged for parking. The staff...
always says they will get back to you on so many issues and they never do. Some examples are parking charges, them blowing dust all over my car, wifi, and ev charging. The staff also plays dumb when they are told our front door is broken. Several people have notified them over a month ago while it's been broken for several months and they act like they didn't know about it. The door still isn't fixed. Now, two days after a tropical storm passed through they still haven't put out the pool furniture.

In addition, leasing with them is a hassle. When you go to sign the lease online plan to have atleast an hour. The contract portal poorly loads and takes about 1 min to sign each of the about 40 pages. If you want to wait for each page to load and then sign you'll probably need to take 3 hours for this. It basically makes it impossible to read your lease. On top of this, my lease renewal offer was given to me with an expiration date and before it expired they sent me another offer wanting $300 more a month. They should staff told me this is common and not to expect anything from them. I finally met with the manager two days later since she left the building early the first day and wasn't there the second day. She pulled up the offers and played dumb. Told me that she couldn't find the offer I was talking about and that she didn't need to see the email I had. Eventually after trying to show me other lease offers she agreed to look at what I had sent. She then looked in her system to tell me she couldn't find that agreement so I had to point to her on the screen where it was on her computer. After that hassle she said she would honor the agreement. Another staff member calls me asking about some terms and says they'll have it completed. When I checked the contract showed $25 more a month than what was on the offer. They finally fixed it and the contract wasn't even completely filled out with the correct terms.
