Surrounding areas commune areas buildings are not well kept
No one cares to keep the buildings clean
We have been asking for cleaning n their excuse is water drought

I’ve had a really great experience living for over two years now. The community is nice, the atmosphere is peaceful, and overall it has truly felt like home.

The area is very quiet and everything is always so well kept! Even when an amenity of the complex goes down for maintenance, it usually isn't for long and the office is very communicative. Speaking of, everyone up front is super friendly and does a great job of helping when they can. My only thing about the experience of living here so far is how thin the walls are. It is very easy to hear my neighbors on either side as well as above when they move just a touch too loud or hard. It can be... annoying at times, but there's not much that can be done about that.
