Don't get fooled by the beautiful photos on the website or the automated phone system with a fancy British accent, this place is a toxic environment to live in. If you have any issues, don't expect to get help because management is non-existent. The tenants in my building are rude, loud, and disrespectful. This place hardly resembles 'luxury living'. Please look elsewhere.

Lease here!
This property is beautiful, from location to downtown to the beaches, shopping etc. St. Augustine my favorite place I have lived and this is the spot to live from beautiful amenities from gym to pool to the interiors with the nicest cabinets. I have an amazing view of the woods and a private fenced in backyard for my pups. Maintenance is always quick to respond, Charles and Sergio are amazing. The office staff with Theresa, Kyle and Kim are always friendly and happy to help. Oh & the grounds... are beautiful!

Lease here before someone gets your spot!
When looking for somewhere to live in St Augustine, I wanted somewhere where it would feel like MY home. Brisa has gone above and beyond my expectations. Robin, the property manager, and constantly available to answer every and any leasing questions we had and made us feel very listened to and secure. If there is ever an "issue" (hate even saying issue because there hasn't been any) Carrie and Daniela are so quick to respond and make things right. We had a maintenance request for out bathroom... outlets not working (it just needed a reset) and the team was there so fast. You cannot beat the amenities here either. Move-in was so smooth I was almost waiting for something to go wrong and it never did. The pool looks like a resort, the gym is better than my Anytime Fitness I was going to (they even have a group fitness room with Wellbeats virtual trainers)! The place is sparkling clean always and I am so satisfied calling Brisa my home.

This proprety is awesome
I love everything about this place....the apartments have the highest upgrades compared to other properties....the property itself is beautiful and the staff are helpful, friendly and make this place feel like home. I met with Robin and the Regional manager at the St Augustine property, they were both awesome ladies. I recommend this property to everyone looking for a beautiful family oriented place to call home.
