Although there are a few “bad apples” who choose to ignore the conditions laid out in the lease agreement that all of us signed before moving in, they are the exception rather than the rule in Shadetree. Most residents are respectful of the property and their neighbors. Several are also kind enough to let me love on their dog when we encounter each other. The office staff are always friendly and responsive. Overall, a very good experience!

It’s a beautiful community to live in, wonderful and friendly office and maintenance staff. We love the amenities such as the gym and sauna and chai machine.

Everything is really fantastic. No complaints. The only reason I’m leaving at the end of my lease is because I’m moving back to St. Petersburg where my family is.

I enjoy living at shade tree apartments. Maintenance is prompt and helpful. The valet trash crew are friendly and efficient. Katie is an amazing leasing agent, always kind and handles issues speedily and with care. The community itself is pleasant and it’s always nice seeing everyone out with their families and dogs.
