OVERPRICED UNITS, pool area is NEVER serviced correctly constant break ins and mail and Amazon packages stolen

I hear stomping...yes stomping..... running and rude neighbors above me ALL the time..and I mean All ...the time....paper thin floors and ceiling.....cigarette butts dropped in my porch area.....management has done nothing.....I have called and even contacted the corporate office...do not fooled by granite counters and wood floors like I was....its a total bait and switch..and I mean its sad that this lack of humanity exists ...I can not wait to leave
