Clubhouse is never open. I have lived here for almost 2 years now and there is always some construction happening in clubhouse. Garden areas are never maintained. Places outsides apartments are always dirty because of leaves. Tenants living here mostly dont pick up dog poop. Front gate is broken 99% of time. There has been frequent car break-ins in this community.

Beautiful apartments but lots of issues with amenities.
I have lived here for almost a year and I really like the property. The issue is that most of the amenities they show you on the tours do not work. I think it has been over a year since the virtual on-demand fitness and virtual sports sports platform has not worked. The issue has been brought up multiple times and they don't fix it. Also the apartment complex is rented out to a cruise company and its impossible to use the gym or amenities on the weekends. Front office ladies are very nice but... the company is not very responsive to resident's needs. I do not think is worth what you pay for your rent.

Amenities Issues
Sole@Brandon, FL resident since April 2019. Since April, the virtual on-demand fitness and virtual sports sports platform has not worked. I have addressed this issue with on-site management no less than 5 times. In addition, to being assured that the issues were being looked into, too being told it will be resolved by a certain date. To date, the same two amenities I am mentioning, are still being marketed on the Sole' website. I choose to live at Sole'@Brandon based on what was marketed. ... It is beyond frustrating to see no resolution in addressing the issues.

Do not rent here. The staff is horrible and the area is going through too much construction.
