I’ve been at Cortland close to 2 yrs now, and I must say I haven’t had any bad experiences regarding maintenance, or any issues. The staff is friendly and the reminders for anything that’s going on or any changes are frequently emailed and messaged. Cortland always keep up with overall characteristics of the property, its well kept . ??

These are not luxury apartments. These are poorly made apartments with extremely thin walls. Don't have a top floor? You will hear all your neighbors 24/7. Before the buildings were open, they had to keep postponing resident move in dates because of a major pipe burst in the pool building. Electric and Internet always goes out. Get a building with better sound management. I promise you will thank me.

The amenities at Cortland Riverview alone are worth it! The pool is a beautiful oasis and a relaxing spot to hang out. The apartments are kept up well & staff communicates well!
