Terrible places to live, the property manger has really ruined the property! Apartments are infested with bugs, gym never open because the property manger uses it as a storage, the pool is never open or cleaned, the laundry room is filthy and the clubhouse is always locked due to the property manger being locked in the clubhouse all day scared to come out from all the tenants she has scammed and mistreated. The front gate has been broken for years and maintenance/ property manger doesn't fix... anything, they put in work orders and lie and say they complete the w ork order without doing so.

Stay far away
Horrible. Unsafe. Unkept. No amenities listed. Maintenance does not fix things. Ericka charges excessive fees while not ensuring property is maintained. Don’t expect a security deposit back.

***WORST PLACE TO LIVE*****
Arbor Crest does not have half the amenities that are listed. They apartments are not gated, it has not been working since 2016 nor is the pool open or cleaned periodically. The landlord does not like answering the phone when things need to be fixed. Apartments are easy to access and very filthy in the hallways of the apartments. They used to do pressure wash monthly as well as do pest control which has not been done since before COVID. This apartment complex is very filthy, trash is everywhere... as soon as you enter the complex. The crime rate is ridiculous, there has been too many shootings and break ins the past 2 years. I wouldn't advise anyone to come stay out here ever, they are truly over-priced and unsafe to move in.

Arbor Crest
Arbor Crest Apartments is a gated complex . There's a pool area , a exercise room, a park and benched area for parties, a computer room with a extra room for kids who want to watch television. We have monthly meetings, monthy celebrations, and just activities to keep the complex alive and well. You will feel safe at home.
