Have lived here almost 2 years. The staff are always eager to help. Gio and Oscar are the best manager and maintenance team I have ever seen. Great and safe appartment building.

I got a call back in regards to an apartment, fair to say i answered the call in a monotoned voice because i thought it was a spam call I apologized to the representative on the phone and he immediately shut down. I said im inquiring about a one bedroom he said “okay” and well that’s all he said. I ended up saying “thank you im not interested anymore” and he hung up on me with nothing to say. Very poor management, nasty floors, 50 dollars extra additional car, the rent will be up at the next contract firm, whyyyy. No pool no gym nothing offering to us sorry but I don’t like it.

Nice and comfortable apartment but the management of the apartment is terrible and poor, if you have a breakage you must solve it yourself because the manager does not do his job
