I was a reliable tenant—paid rent on time, kept my unit clean, and followed the terms of my lease. Unfortunately, the overall experience here didn’t match the expectations set when I moved in.

Management was frequently unresponsive, and tenant concerns often felt brushed aside. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism and privacy, and the general atmosphere leaned more toward a party vibe than a well-managed residential community.

Safety was also an ongoing concern. Building doors were... regularly left unsecured or propped open, and the surrounding area often felt unsafe, with visible homelessness, police activity, and a general lack of security that made walking around at night uncomfortable.

The move-out process was the most disappointing part. Despite fulfilling my lease and leaving the unit in good condition—aside from a rushed departure—I was met with aggressive communication and what I felt were excessive charges. While it was eventually settled, the process felt more like pressure than fairness.
