Brand new beautiful community. We have been looking for 3 bedrooms apartment and found the townhomes in Lumio. We just saw it in person today and it was beyond what I expected for the price. It was perfect for us.
The clubhouse is absolutely outstanding with the pool and co-working spaces. We are looking forward to moving in and making this place our new home.
Karen and Bill are the best! Karen really cares about how the property will serve the residents. She is making this already... beautiful community more attractive and homey.
The area is also going to be exciting - The Pomp. There will be new restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.
So looking forward to our move-in date.
