I moved here from the west coast and I have to say since the new ladies in office took over, it has been amazing. They are quick to give you an answer, maintenance is timely on service requests, and my apartment is beautiful. The property is also kept up very well! Gates are only ever not working for a day or two and that’s the result of peoples guest coming through. It also feels safe with having the courtesy patrol overnights.

calling this place 'luxury living' is a stretch. The complex is situated in walking distance to a strip club, burned out motel and a very rough neighborhood. I live in the complex for 2 years here are some of the big issues
- Security: gates are often broken, cameras don't work, packages get stolen and they DO NOT have overnight security.
- The complex is nice but the overworked maintenance staff does not have the resources to really keep the property clean and maintained. The dog poop... containers overflow, trash is left everywhere and the property is aging faster because and looks older because of poor upkeep.
- The pool is nice but not heated. The gym is also nice but poorly cleaned
- The apartments themselves are really nice and modern but absolutely overpriced for the location and whats offered.
- The office: WOW these people are not even trying anymore. The complex manager was useless and the assistance manager was a nightmare to deal with. She was rude, condescending and argumentative. The office solely cares about leasing and nothing else. I had several quality of life issues when I lived in the complex including noise, safety/security, maintenance and parking and each time the office was either slow to respond or grossly unprofessional.

Look around you can find somewhere in a nicer area to live in for less money. Skip this place! Read More

Very bad management with attitude and no sense of customer service skills. I rented here for one year. Horrible community! You’ll see trash around the community. My A/C unit had problems all the time. You see police every day in Luzano. Dirty hallways! The grills at the pool doesn’t work! They shut down the grills long time ago and never reopened again. Their gates are always on the floor plus also their gates once they are open allows several cars get inside the community at the same time! Not... good. The maintenance personal was very nice and knowledgeable.

I lived here for a year and recently moved out. The units are nice but the outside of the unit is really what drove me to leave.. Not to mention the house built directly off my balcony.

The apartments are nice and new but that's because they are new. For the most part its quiet but from time to time you hear your neighbors or the trash company. The maintenance crew was always good when I had an issue with my AC or an ant problem.

Unfortunately outside of the apartment... The complex is dirty... with dog poop containers overflowing, and the trash company is terrible, they leave trash everywhere and come by late at night making a lot of nose. The complex does not do upkeep or maintenance on the buildings, or clean the halls. A few of the buildings have mold growing on the exterior walls and anytime it rains the gutters overflow.

The office is really just for leasing, if you have an issue or concern they are not the best to deal with. I raised concerns several times about the security here (or lack of it) gates are often broken for extended periods, let in lines of cars at once and some of the gates around the front are missing or just left unlocked. They do not have overnight security, they have a "courtesy officer" who leaves around 2am. I'm amazed more cars aren't broken into. Parking is also a free-for-all. If you take a walk around the property its clear that the management does not walk around the property or around the public areas of the building on a regular basis.

The apartments are nice and sometimes the landscaping looks really nice but calling it a "luxury apartment complex" is a stretch. Read More
