Amazing
The new management is fantastic and all their new maintenance staff are super professional in everything they do. I have asked them on 2 or 3 occasions for minor maintenance issues and they have solved it immediately. Thank you and we are seeing general changes such as care of the gardens and that they are painting all the buildings, we are eager to see what new changes come

Nice updates to kitchen
I love the new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and the apartment is a lot more spacious then the pictures make them look. This is a great location.

Old apartments with a major cockroach infestation. I'm sorry I moved here...don't make same mistake.

This is real deal a lie. None of the apartments in that area look like that. All Refrigerators are old and not up to date. It looks like some areas are carpet in the picture. not true. I get it the furniture of course is a prop but the whole entire image is a lie. View the apartment you would see what I'm talking about.
The asking price does not go with the apt. The Maintenace sucks. The before owner's did more work than the new owners. Because of the false images i give this apt 1 star the... only thing they have right is the color of the apt. However, if I'm not mistaken, they are changing the color.
