I used to enjoy living at The Remy, but since the management change the experience has gone downhill. Before renewing my lease, I was assured I could keep my motorcycle in the parking garage, but right after I signed, they completely reversed that decision. I was also given incorrect information about transferring between units.

The biggest issue has been the lack of communication. Emails go unanswered, concerns are ignored, and getting a straightforward response is nearly impossible. To make... matters worse, renewal rates were hundreds of dollars higher than what new residents were being offered for the exact same apartments.

The property itself is nice, but the current management has made living here frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this community based on how existing residents are treated.

My experience here has been memorable and special. Everyone here including staff, neighbors, and pups have been incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Nice new building in a quiet area within Plantation. The move-in process was easy and maintenance does a great job. The community facilities are a nice plus.

We really like to live in The Remy apartaments, the building is amazing and the amenities are fantastic! The neighborhood is calm and all staff very kind!

I’ve only been living here a few days and I’m already wondering how I ever lived anywhere else! My experience so far has been above and beyond my expectations from day one when Chris from maintenance being attentive in helping in anyway he could, to the leasing office being extremely helpful and profesional doing everything with a great attitude and smile on their face. Super clean building, extremely friendly neighbors. I couldn’t be happier!
