I have been a loyal Solero resident for over 10 years. Since that time, I can safely state that the Upkeep of the Solero community is immaculate. Whether its painting, power washing, repairs, landscaping and/or just keeping the common areas and the grounds clean and in tip top shape, Solero has it covered to the point where Solero residents do NOT have to question the upkeep as the community is always pretty much in good standing. Additionally, in regards to maintenance, the maintenance team get... the job done without delay and they are quite courteous. Further, the office staff is also courteous and they are readily available to answer any questions or concerns a Solero resident may have. I would certainly recommend Solero at Plantation to anyone looking to rent an Apartment or Townhome.

It's been better the last 4 to 5 months. There's not as much trash, the neighbors are quieter and more respectful of others. The office also appears to have improved in their interaction with the residents.

Great atmosphere great people great maintenance. The clubhouse is always having events to keep everyone in the community engaged. I've been here for several years and as long as they don't raise the rent much more I'll probably stay
