We have lived in the condominium for three years, and it has been exceptional—a very safe and peaceful area if that is one of your priorities. The amenities are regularly maintained and clean, and personally, a very important factor for us has been the management (Debra/Tessa) and their team, who are always very kind and willing to help

When i lived there a few years ago, there was mold in my entire building. My unit got worse because their maintenance at the time improperly installed a wall AC unit in July, which led to a hot summer’s worth of moisture entering my apartment. I have asthma and had to throw out hundreds if not thousands of dollars of furniture and personal items, including handmade irreplaceable landscape paintings. They did nothing to resolve this issue, help relocate me to a clean and comfortable alternative... unit, and i paid hundreds of extra dollars to run an industrial level dehumidifer for 6 months (while sterilizing their wooden counters, cabinets, etc every week) while i waited to move without being charged to break my lease.
