I love this location and the property manager is very professional and thorough. Having her (Ms. Caceres) at our property makes the property 5*****. She takes great care of the residents. Im sure it can be a lot because she is the only person working in the office, however she has everything under control. Keep up the good work Ms. Caceres.

Waste of money applying here
They like to take your money and deny you an apartment without giving reason. Please beware of this place. I'll gladly take my money somewhere else that has a landlord that actually knows what he's doing, and doesn't just take money.

Aweful!
Lived here over 2 years, rent is pretty expensive considering a constant, never ending roach problem despite pest control coming weekly. Anita the apartment manager will also make excuses or down play any issues with the apartment. Another downfall to these apartments is parking and the amount of people who drink and smoke. Not family friendly at all. You have to park at least 2 buildings down usually just to find a spot unless its mid day during the week. Upon moving out the apartment manager... will also make up charges for damages and cleaning to try to get as much money as possible! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

Awful place to live
Myself and kids have lived in the apartment complex for one year and it so bad. If you like to drink and smoke this is the place for you. Not a good place for kids. There is no playground or picnic tables. The fitness room is from the 80’s and very dangerous. Our pool has been under repairs for two months now. Anita is wonderful she try’s so hard but the maintenance guys suck.
