They come in your home without notice for random inspections. Not to fix issues, but to find things to bill you on. More privacy in USMC bootcamp than living here. They took out my girlfriends washer without permission and left the exhaust open for animals to come in, even though they see it as they walk outside the unit every day. There is a weird random space under the kitchen cabinets covered in filth so if you have a pet, expect it to crawl under there and hide in the filth. The bathroom... lights don't work, electrical issue not bulb. They deceived my girl for her to get hit with late fees, told her something about paying the rent in 2 payments instead of reminding her of the deadline. They charged her with fake pet fees, and lied about the fees bouncing to charge extra NSF fees. Then they tried to evict her with a 3 day notice because they thought she was too poor to cover the notice with the fake inflated fees. Really shady place, wish she would of brought me along instead of signing this place, now these guys are ruining our day on a weekly basis. Leasing is useless, there are many rules but they are not followed, then if you make a mistake, you will be penalized especially for the garbage, and the place is very messy, there are many cockroaches, inside and outside the apartment. Even if the rent is cheap, don't rent.

If you are looking for safety, a nice environment, a sense of community, good communication, and a good place to live — this is not the place to rent an apartment.

There are too many cockroaches, the garbage is not properly disposed of, the swimming pool is not cleaned properly.

I’ve lived here for 2 years. Moved from unit to another. All I can say is this is the perfect place to live if:
- you love a roach infested unit
- no access to the laundry facilities
- leasing team with no knowledge on what to do when things go wrong
- no working hot water
- no working ac
- paying for pest control that supposedly comes regularly but never does
- pay $75 a month for stainless steel appliances even though the property is the one that installed it before you moved in
- continuously... seeing new people in the leasing office
- dirty pools
- dog poop everywhere
- maintenance that doesn’t communicate with you or fix anything
