I lived here for years and they was awesome, never had a problem here and infact, they helped me find my path at there meeting. They had guess speakers and they put me on the right track on buying my 1st house. Thanks! They were awesome to me and my children. There Christmas was always on points.

Need better Employees
It would be a good complex if there was good employees && a better office manager . They so freaking rude and disrespectful.

This apartment complex is horrible and the people that work there are scam artist. There is never any parking and there is a gate that is connected to another complex where anyone can just walk through. There have been instances where I have even heard shooting.Not to mention the gate that is always broken that they fix when they feel like it.The staff is very rude and unprofessional the property manager isnt any better. I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last place on earth. I broke... my lease due to unsafety,the filth of the property and parking,so I purchased a home. I can post pictures of how the trash piles up like a mountain. That caused me to break my lease.A few things were left in the apartment and they sent me a letter stating that it took 8 hours to clean it. Long story short they stole my deposit then tried to charge $400 plus dollars. It cracked me up when they stated the carpet had to be replaced but it wasn't damaged. Thieves I tell you they will Scam you beware. $19.40 a hour plus they charge you per item to throw something away yeah right.Not even worth the one star it was rated.

Emerald Villas- Better then you think
I've been staying at the Emerald Villas apartments and haven't really had any problems. It's only 15 mins from the Downtown Orlando where the night life is great. I'm right down the road from the Central Florida Fair grounds and only 20 mins from Universal Studios; there's so many shopping centers all around. I feel like I'm in the middle of everything!

Emerald Villas
This is a great apartment complex for low income families. Rent is affordable, the complex is gated, and police officer patrols the vicinity 7 days a week. There is large pool, multiple laundry facilities, a workout center, a clubhouse with a kitchen, and more. Unlike most apartments, Emerald Villas is very interested in involving its residents in fun and helpful activities. They offer things from classes on how to file your taxes to dancing lessons for children. Neighbors talk to each other and... families unite - who wouldn't want to live here?
