So nice
It is a great place to live. Grounds are kept up nicely and pest control is every month. The inside of the apartments are amazing! The floors are very pretty. I am very happy with where I live and the rent is not crazy! It is also in the middle of everything which is nice. Very quiet as well.

I am adisabled veteran who has lived here for 5 years now. I like this place. Its clean, safe and quiet. The owners make upgrades asnd repairs. The land lady is the best ever.

A Good Place to Live
Management at 9th Ave. Apartments is very friendly and helpful and responds quickly and efficiently to service requests. The grounds are maintained nicely and pest control is done monthly. Apartments are clean and attractive; utilities are very reasonable. The complex is quiet and is in a great location. I recommend completely.
