Management don’t reach out nor communicate. Staff very lazy and rude. Maintenance don’t fix nothing very lazy A/C out for weeks. Apartments needs improvement very out to date inside.

My son lived here with his children 7 years ago and they were filled with mold, my youngest grandson was always sick, in the room we noticed the wall was warped so we push it in an there was so much mold, it was absolutely disgusting!! We were shocked, they told the office an showed them, they simply covered it back up, and this was before hurricane Sally, those apartments got flooded during that storm, they had tarps over not only the roofs but the buildings itself, I can not imagine how much... more mold all these people are breathing every day. This place needs to be shut down. It’s all about money. That’s all they want. It’s very sad to know that they know and continue to cover it up. I feel bad for the residents. First they show a staged apartment that's nicely updated and elegant. But they actually rent you out of date roach infested apartments. The inside of the apartments are horrible but the outside are well kept. i didn't stay but 4 months. Then they tried to go up on my rent in the middle of my lease.

So apparently It is ok for some people to park at the apartment complex with no tag at all and some look like garbage or are double/triple/quadruple parked but my truck isn't? Not to mention how disgusting and piled up the dumpsters get. Will definitely be getting in contact with your corporate office after I get my vehicle back Stoddert Place Apartments I cannot express how disappointed and disgusted I am with the office. Awful! Serious need new build! Need new remodeling! Need new everything. I refused keep leased. Landlord beg me to stay. I say no! Leave and never back, the landLord give to me full refunded back!
